Simple bundle is usefull to manage simple discounts on bundles. Let's say you sell Smartphones. You may want to sell your smartphone with a pocket, and additional battery, and offer a discount to your customer for this bundle : Thanks to Simple Bundle, you'll just have to select your pocket product, battery product and a discount on your smartphone admin page, and that's it! Please have a look at our demonstration store. (Also available for Magento1)

Functionalities :

Add bundle simply on your product page
For a product A, you can specify - directly from product admin page - simple bundles such as : 1A+3B+6C = -10%, 2A+2B = -5€, etc..
You can have as much simple bundle per product than you wish
Discount is counted in totals
Support for products with options (custom options, configurable products, bundle products)
You can choose whether or not main product is discounted. (If you want to apply discount only on accessories, you can via a configuration option)
Discount can be a percentage or a fixed amount
You can see all simple bundle over a grid list in magento admin
You can export/import simple bundles in CSV format
You can manage bundle templates if you need to use the same bundle configuration for multiple products
